This is a doodle I did way back in late 2005 or early 2006.

I'm not quite sure why I spontaneously uploaded this actually. I think maybe because I'm going through this huge art block right now & I keep comparing my art to other people's "more amazing art". And so because of this, I get super jealous & get uninspired my own art. ^^; You know what I'm talking about, right guys? I'm trying to embrace my own style and not compare it to anyone else but I know everyone goes through this annoying process. I guess it's because I want to be a better artist overnight but it takes time & practice...as annoying as it is!

So I've been realizing that I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to make a come-back here on deviantart but I've been flooded with constant school work. I miss talking to you awesome people on here! Hopefully when I finally declare myself as an Art Studio major & start taking official drawing classes, I shall post my artwork here!

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I joined like a week ago and i thought that I was an okay artist, I just got over an artist block and was ready to start anew. I looked around and was like WHOA, i thought I was kinda good? ha... But you're right I need to focus on my own style. It just doesn't help that no one comes by my site. any suggestions?

btw, i love this pic, it may be doodles but they are well drawn, don't knock yourself down, you are really good. and i mean that :)
