5 years ago, I began reading it but never got the chance to actually advance to the 2nd book. Now, thanks to one of my dearest friends for letting me borrow all 23 books, I was able to revive my reading passion a few weeks ago and just finished Fruits Basket this past weekend. If you enjoy Manga, go read this one. It's just so...EEP! I'm so sad it's over...!



I think I might go make some fanart for it some time in the future. For those of you who haven't the slightest clue as to what I'm talking about, then I'm so so so sorry!

It's funny how I posted up a journal about this two days ago but...

I CAN FINALLY DECLARE MYSELF AS AN ART MAJOR!!!
Not just 10 minutes ago, I peered out the window to see my mail man stuff this big manilla envelope into my mailbox that made me think--Ohmygosh...it's my portfolioooo! So I ran out to the driveway, dodged this large ass frog that was on the sidewalk, ran back in, grabbed my scissors and cut away the beautiful taping job of the envelope.

"Your portfolio was reviewed, and the faculty accepted you for admission to the School of Art and Art History art program."

EEP!

And Jimmy, I officially declare you as the second person to know about these exciting news, like I promised!

Nothing can ruin this day.
...except the fact that I have this World Regional Geography exam tomorrow that I need to get to studying for...STILL A GOOD DAY!!!

The art program at my college needs to hurry it up. Can't they tell that waiting for a "I hate your art, you suck" or a "Ohmygosh we accept you" is really stressful? I sent them my portfolio two weeks ago...please hurry so I can sleep better at night!

Okay have any of you guys ever shopped or sold clothes at Plato's Closet? They are the world's most unprofessional group of workers I have ever seen. I went there a few weeks ago to sell my clothes. When my clothes were done being checked, I walked up to the front desk and these group of overly preppy, sleezy eye makeup inducer, obnoxious employees were just yapping to each other, not paying a single attention to the customers in need! Finally, they noticed me and just stared at me for 7 seconds with a "Wtf do YOU want?" Not a "Hi, how may I help you" but a stare that made me want to throw my cheap, $2 flip flops right through their faces. If you guys ever shopped there before, let me know about your experiences. I want to know if all Plato's Closet stores are like this.

I seriously hate how the first letter of my deviant name is lowercased. I wish I wasn't so lazy when it came to naming myself and not capitalizing it 5 years ago...

Ok so it's been well over a year since I've made a new journal. I'm sure not many people are going to read this because I've been SOOO inactive here on DA. Well...I present to you...a few updates of me!!!

**I started college in August! It's UH-MAZING compared to high school.

**I'm debating whether or not to wipe out most of my art and start over fresh. I have some new art up my sleeve and they all make the stuff I have in my gallery now look CRAPPY.

**I am undecided on a major!! If I had the choice, I would've gone to an art college but it's so far away and inconvinient from where I live. But! The college I currently attend offers a degree in Art Studio that I want to go for! Then later on, I'll want to get an associates in Graphic Designing.

**I guess that's it!

Ugh. So school for me just started back up a week ago & it's already not on my top 10 things to do. I hate it. My school used to be on block schedule (4 periods) but now they decided to change it to traditional (8 periods). Just, UGH. Do they purposely make your last year of high school just so darn difficult? I really hope it lightens up soon...
